NEW YORK, NY – The lawsuit filed against former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani earlier this year has gotten a tad more interesting – and ostensibly lewd – with Giuliani’s accuser reportedly furnishing audio recordings of the former mayor repeatedly claiming ownership of her breasts.
Back in May of 2023, a woman named Noelle Dunphy filed suit against Giuliani , alleging the former mayor had raped and sexually abused her years earlier in 2019 when Giuliani was serving as the president’s personal lawyer.
Spanning 70 pages, the lawsuit made some arguably wild accusations against Giuliani (aside from those presented in an effort to claim damages) with claims that Giuliani would frequently make odd remarks about prominent people’s sexuality or degrade a variety of notable women.
Such examples outlined in the lawsuit claimed that Giuliani asserted that Mike Bloomberg was a homosexual, as well as actor Matt Damon. Giuliani also allegedly said in Dunphy’s presence, “If my life depended on it, if I had to make love to Nancy Pelosi, I couldn’t do it. I’d have to die.”
But the latest update on the lawsuit may bring a degree of merit to some of these wild accusations outlined in the suit filed months earlier, as Dunphy reportedly furnished an audio recording where Giuliani appears to be verbally-salivating over her breasts.
In the recording dated March 12, 2019, Giuliani allegedly stated, “Come here, big tits. Come here, big tits. Your tits belong to me. Give them to me (indiscernible). I want to claim my tits. I want to claim my tits. I want to claim my tits. These are my tits.”
Dunphy’s lawyer, Justin Kelton, claimed in a motion filed before the court on August 1st that more such recordings exist, writing, “For the avoidance of doubt, Ms. Dunphy is in possession of multiple additional recordings that prove her allegations about these matters, but submits only a handful of straightforward examples in the interest of efficiency and economy.”
Giuliani has been adamant that anything that transpired between him and Dunphy was nothing more than two adults engaged in a consensual affair.
