Arizona, a state known for its breathtaking landscapes and diverse attractions, offers its citizens a plethora of vacation destinations. However, the perplexing actions of Governor Katie Hobbs have left many wondering why she fails to promote these remarkable locations within Arizona. Instead, she seems determined to deceive Arizonans into believing that vacationing and investing in Mexico is safe and advisable.
A recent photograph featuring Governor Hobbs alongside Mayor Pivac of Puerto Peñasco and Governor Durazo of Sonora has sparked considerable confusion among Arizonans. What are Governor Hobbs’ true motivations behind this enigmatic image?
The photograph in question is associated with the Puerto Peñasco Señora Arizona Mayors Summit, an event that caught many by surprise as Hobbs appeared in Tucson, advocating for tourism in Mexico. However, this raises a significant contradiction: Hobbs also supports the idea of opening the southern border to offer refuge for individuals escaping the dangers of Mexico.
This paradoxical stance invites thought-provoking questions; one such question being, how can she encourage Arizonans to vacation in a country that others are seeking to flee? Moreover, concerns arise when we consider the substantial amount of taxpayer dollars from hardworking Arizonans being allocated to assist these asylum-seeking refugees.
Yet, when it comes to standing up for the victims of Mayor Pivac, Hobbs chooses to remain silent. Speculation swirls regarding Pivac’s alleged ties to a notorious drug cartel, although concrete evidence is yet to be presented. However, what we can confirm is his involvement in corruption and crimes committed against the citizens of Arizona.
Prepare yourselves for the unveiling of some startling revelations. It has come to light that Jorge Pivac holds dual citizenship in Mexico and the United States. Could this duality be serving as a smokescreen for his alleged connections?
In 2007 Rick Hatch, a lover of Rocky Point who owns condos on Sandy Beach, loaned money through his Mexican Corporation Coca & Hatch to INMOBILIARIA PLAYA ENSUEÑO, S.A. DE C.V. (Company owner and developer of Sandy Beach). Rick Hatch and his partner Mercedes Coca provided a loan to SBR that was guaranteed with commercial beach front property in the event of default on Sandy Beach. In 2008 Mercedes Coca died and in 2009 INMOBILIARIA PLAYA ENSUEÑO, S.A. DE C.V. (Company owner and developer of Sandy Beach) defaulted, and the property was deeded to Coca & Hatch. In 2013, Rick Hatch’s wife, Julie, became his partner in the Mexican Corporation.
On June 5, 2015, a listing agreement was signed with Roberto Trahin and on June 6, 2015, a fake assembly was orchestrated by Rocky Point Mayor Jorge Pivac and his sister, Linda Carrillo Pivac. On June 26, 2015, Pivac wired transferred approximately $300,000 from a Bank of America account in the U.S. to his coconspirator, Trahin, in the form of a loan taken out against the Hatches’ commercial property – a feat made possible via the phony assembly that occurred earlier in the month.
Come December 12, 2015, the commercial property owned and titled to Coca & Hatch properties since 2007 was transferred to Rocky Point Mayor Jorge Pivac and his sister Linda, after the fraudulently secured loan was defaulted on by Mayor Pivac’s coconspirator, Trahin. Thus, enabling the Puerto Peñasco mayor to secure some nice commercial property for a dollar amount far below the market value.
Since 2016, Rick Hatch has been fighting through the Mexican courts to regain his commercial property, but things have only become more complicated when Jorge Pivac became Mayor in 2021.
It’s been proven that fake signatures – including that of Mercedes Coca, who passed away in 2008 – were presented on the fake assembly held on June 6, 2015, along with other evidence supporting the pencil whipped fraud and yet still no resolve for the Hatch’s has come to fruition.
The Hatches have remained in possession of the land, have hired 2 different sets of attorneys due to intimidation and the case has been through 3 different judges. In numerous meetings with top officials it has been expressed that Mayor Pivac and his sister are part of a Real Estate Cartel, and yet no one in Mexico or Arizona have done anything to fix a clear wrong.
Therefore, fellow Arizonans, let us carefully consider this intriguing scenario: Governor Hobbs advocates for opening our borders and extending financial support to refugees escaping the perils of Mexico. Simultaneously, she promotes vacationing in this treacherous land while turning a blind eye to Mayor Pivac, who might be embezzling millions from unsuspecting Arizonans.
Has Arizona been quietly annexed by Mexico, with Governor Katie Hobbs orchestrating it all? These pressing questions linger, leaving us yearning for answers and fueling our thirst for the truth.
